The mesh working as intended, however, there is a problem with the texture. If that's the case, and simply deactivating the mod doesn't work, the only thing you can do is manually remove the textures. The only thing it could have done was overwrite a few. A mod shouldn't actually Remove textures, I don't think that's even possible.
I'm to the point where the game is stable enough to run for maybe 8-10 minutes. So I'm coming back to New Vegas, after having spent countless hours in it, I want to revive the experience for myself with mods. Fallout: New Vegas mod help? (Black textures, exclamation point triangles) New Vegas.
